“Nothing excites me more than listening to someone talk through a big idea and think we have the keys to the vehicle to help get them there. Championing effective solutions to any ideas is the coolest part of the work we do. ”
Born and raised in a small Eastern New Mexico town by the name of Texico, what Wil’s hometown lacked in size, they made up for in camaraderie and community. Wil tackled his undergrad at West Texas A&M University, then hit the University of Texas at El Paso for graduate work. He’s currently working on an MBA from the University of North Texas.
Before Vivayic, Wil clocked 10 years in human performance with three NCAA Division 1 universities. He has also spent time at Frito Lay, where he supported the medical needs of multiple departments. His oversight guided ergonomic programs to create better work environments for workers.
Especially in education, perspective is everything. Wil has set himself apart through close attention to detail. Always seeking to improve, you’ll find ample space for feedback on any of Wil’s teams. He loves workshopping with clients to create a truly unique, individualized solution to challenging problems. His advocacy for healthy flexibility allows for the best solutions to rise to the top.
When Wil isn’t working, you can find him at Dallas’ newest restaurant or coffee shop. He understands the power of food to create a sense of community. It doesn’t get much better than sharing a kitchen with friends and preparing food for each other. He also has a deep passion for chasing equity and isn’t afraid to host conversations on how to show up for our neighbors, coworkers, and friends. Before COVID tightened hospital safety measures, you could also find him volunteering his time holding babies in need at his local NICU.
