We all need that person who can “figure it out.” That’s one reason why we’re so thankful for Shawna. With a knack for problem-solving and an ability need to dig up what we need to find the best path through, she brings calm to chaos through her solid common sense.

Calling southwest Minnesota home, she attended Minnesota State University, Mankato and has since worked extensively in Project Management and Human Resources before joining the team at Vivayic where she manages projects for two of our key accounts.

Through building deep and authentic relationships, Shawna’s kindness and empathy make her a valued member of the Vivayic team and with clients. She creates trust and rapport easily, allowing us all to breathe a sigh of relief — we know we can rely on her to get the job done well.

Shawna is married to Terry, and they have three kids — Allie, Chase, and Kyah — who all love sports. In addition to watching her kids compete in activities, Shawna loves music, reading, golfing, time at the lake and quality time with her family.
