Vivayic Talent:

Sarah Heideman

Learning Designer

“I am passionate about helping others learn — and internalize that learning — to become a better version of themselves personally or professionally.”

Born and raised in Nebraska, Sarah graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in agricultural education. Since then, she’s been known for developing agricultural-based curriculum, leadership development, train-the-trainer, and her time in the classroom. Not only that, but she’s continued to create valuable and meaningful learning experiences for clients at Vivayic.

She is a former high school agricultural education instructor and also served as a State FFA Officer Coach for the Nebraska FFA Association.

With her skills in leadership development, Sarah quickly sorts through any clutter to find the best route or solution. She makes tough decisions, turns thoughts into action quickly, communicates well, and solves problems left and right.

As the leader she is, she’s constantly seeking to improve peoples’ understanding of their own capabilities. She empowers people in fun, fresh ways by listening first, then taking action.

Calling Hastings, Nebraska home, Sarah and her husband, Kurt, are the parents of four children: Zach, Max, Maggie, and Rafe. As members of the Catholic church, they’re actively involved in their local community, though they also love time at home watching TV, hanging out in the backyard, playing basketball, and trying out new DIY projects.
