Vivayic Talent:

Lora Matzner

Learning Designer

“I love combining my passion for agriculture and natural resources with learning and technology. I get to learn new things and find practical, efficient ways to help others learn and improve.”

Lora is a modern-day pioneer on the plains of Minnesota. She has that can-do, get-it-done attitude that compliments her appreciation for hard work, dedication, and details. She was a pioneer in designing e-learning for a global food company prior to joining Vivayic.

Lora is a natural when it comes to project and account management. She’s also a dedicated student of ever-evolving e-learning trends, tools, and technologies. These talents make her Vivayic’s go-to girl for e-learning development, questions, and advice on how to manage projects and people.

She and her husband live on their family’s century-old farm where they raise beef cattle and two children. Lora thrives on being multi-faceted: from operating a skid loader (She claims they can do ANYthing!) to playing the piano and organ to dry walling their remodeled home. She also makes time for coaching youth volleyball and soccer.

While she loves being back on the farm, you’ll often find her plotting out her next excursion to travel someplace new. Lora believes wholeheartedly that one of the best ways to learn about the world and oneself is through travel.
