“My years in healthcare and education have brought into focus for me that every potential learner brings their own experiences when presented with a new learning opportunity. The reward is in taking something complex, breaking it down so that everyone can apply it the next day, and creating an interactive experience that people actually enjoy.”
Born and raised in Nevada (pronounced ne-VAY-da), Missouri, Lindsay cut her teeth working the ins and outs of her family’s small business handed down from her grandparents. She earned both her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Communication Sciences & Disorders; Speech-Language Pathology from Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, which also happens to be where she met her husband. The two decided to put down roots, and their family has grown to two boys and two beloved rescue pups.
Lindsay proved her unflappable ability as Director, then Senior Vice President of Clinical Education and Programs for a private company. She leads her teams with a winsome combination of impeccable organization and kindness.
She loves transforming the difficult-to-understand into wonderfully manageable action items. Even when difficulty ratchets up the pressure, Lindsay’s teams can count on her straightforward manner to bring compassion, provide focus and ensure success.
Outside of work, you can find Lindsay with a camera in-hand, cheering on her boys in sporting events and centering herself with a disciplined hot yoga regimen. She also take out the family and two rescue pups Lucky (Hound Mix) and Mae (Labradoodle) for a weekend outside, exploring all the Ozarks has to offer.
