Vivayic Talent:

Hannah Jones

Learning Designer

“When people feel acknowledged, recognized, and appreciated — only then can they have the confidence in themselves to reach their full potential in all aspects.”

Hannah grew up on a production farm in Illinois where her family raised corn, soybeans, and black Angus beef cattle. It's here, in the rich Midwestern soils, that her passion for agriculture advocacy is deeply rooted. Like what Thomas Jefferson said, “Agriculture is our wisest pursuit because it will in the end contribute most to real wealth, good morals, and happiness.”

Naturally, she landed at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign studying Agricultural Leadership and Science Education. It was during her time at this land grant university where pivotal leadership experiences fundamentally shaped and rounded out the edges of her leadership skills.

Radiating compassion, service, and authenticity — and all within an easy-going personality — Hannah is a delicate mix of analytical and practical. Her personality traits of adaptability, empathy, developer, and individualization allow her to see problems and solutions from a different perspective — and she uses these strengths to get the most out of collaboration, group flow, and teamwork wherever she goes.

Hannah is encouraging. She sees the greatest potential in others and finds joy in creating ways for people to experience success.

Hannah and her husband, Chris, enjoy remodeling their home, slow time around a bonfire with their dog, Axle, fishing, paddleboarding, and stargazing through a telescope. With a knack for bargain hunting, Hannah is a fan of shopping (for anything, really!), Pinterest, and DIYing home decor, even if her husband says she has “champagne taste on a beer budget.”
