Vivayic Talent:

Donnie Wolters

Learning Designer

“I love to help people — by connecting, collaborating, and investing. Getting the privilege to see others grow and experience new things brings me joy!”

Originally from a small farm near Lyons, Nebraska — though now calling Atwood, Kansas home — Donnie has had a love of agriculture from a young age. Through time and involvement in 4-H and FFA, she began to follow a career path that led her to her husband through a National FFA Convention. (That’s fate, if we’ve ever seen it.)

Donnie attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and graduated with a degree in Agricultural Education (She exclaims, “I love being a Husker!!”). She stayed plugged into FFA on many levels, fueling her with a super power of being connected to people all over the U.S.

One clear gift is Donelle’s ability to connect, collaborate, and invest in people. This is where she shines, especially in her professional experience through coordinating events, developing leadership programming, conducting teacher training, and coaching State FFA Officer teams. We’re lucky to have her talents on our team at Vivayic.

When she’s not streamlining processes and encouraging her team, she’s likely with her family: her husband, Matt, and their children, Henry and Elise. They’ll often be found at the park, reading books, mingling at their church, or cheering on the Huskers in Lincoln (and the Wildcats in Manhattan — she did marry a Kansan, after all).
