Vivayic Talent:

Brittany Urias

Project Owner

“Known for my brick-and-mortar work style, I have a passion for helping others realize their personal and professional potential, with maybe a sarcastic quip or two along the way.”

Brittany was born and raised in Northern Texas, but ultimately considers herself a Nebraskan. She graduated from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln with her Bachelors in Business Administration and Marketing. She lives in Omaha with her husband Max and their pit bull/boxer/hellhound mix, Jaxx Theodore Logan.

Before Vivayic, Brittany worked in state government, holding roles focused on talent acquisition, human resources, and both federal and state employment and training programs. She’s a streamliner, loves a clear benchmark, and holds herself responsible for meeting those goals.

When everything hits the fan, call Brittany. She’s been known as “the Fixer” in previous roles and possesses the wherewithal to right any ship under pressure. With her high degree of accountability, she shoulders the burden and gets the job done.

Brittany loves untangling knots, literally and figuratively. She identifies root causes to better understand problems, then develops strategies to prevent future recurring issues. And she can do it all while helping her teams maintain a calm levity, without losing sight of stakes. Calm and smooth makes for better work than overwhelmed and rushed.

Brittany maintains such a cool head in part from yoga, which she practices both on and off the mat. You might be surprised to know she’s working through her infamous karaoke playlist, which may or may not make an appearance at happy hour. Brittany also maintains an impressive fashion repertoire. After all, life is too short to be photographed in the same outfit twice.
