Vivayic Talent:

Brian Beierle

Learning Designer

“I am most passionate about making something better – be it a system, a design, or a physical product – looking for design opportunities that improve the function of something.”

From East Troy, Wisconsin, Brian has always been drawn to technology — specifically, how technology can be improved. With his undergrad at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his masters in Instructional Technology Integration from Cardinal Stritch University, he doesn’t shy away from changing or creating new strategies when it comes to all things tech.

After teaching grades 3-5 at East Troy Community School District, he became the STEM facilitator and served as an instructional technology coach. He supported teachers implementing technology in their classrooms, so they could enhance their instructional experience with students. As a result, he played a crucial role in helping the district develop a kindergarten-grade 8 STEM curriculum based on the NGSS standards. We think that’s pretty impressive.

At Vivayic, Brian encourages the team (and tests our comfort zones) to try new things, always paying attention to what can be improved for the greater good. With clients, he’s able to both define a clear vision and develop a plan in order to reach their goals.

Currently living with his wife, Amy, only two blocks away from Lake Michigan in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he loves the city parks — but also that you can be out of the city within 20 minutes. So when he’s not hosting meals and conversations with friends, you can catch him spending his time outside: biking, kayaking, and fishing.
