Lora Matzner, Learning Designer
 If you’re planning a family vacation and need a really, really detailed itinerary, who should you call? Lora Matzner, that’s who! Lora loves details and being organized, but she also knows how to be adaptable and keep the big picture in mind.
Lora is passionate about giving everything her personal best. Lora learned about hard work and dedication at a young age while growing up on her family’s farm in Minnesota. She and her three sisters helped with the family farrowing operation, and they could often be found clipping teeth, clipping tails, helping with labor, or giving shots.
Lora earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from Augustana College. She has 13 years of corporate and freelance experience in communication, technical writing and instructional design. Her qualifications, along with her work ethic and attention to detail, make Lora an exciting addition to the Vivayic team. "I’m very customer focused. Whatever I’m doing, the customer is really my primary focus."
It’s not all hard work and itineraries for Lora, though. When she wants to relax, she likes to play piano, work with digital photos, or spend quality time with her large family (usually laughing hysterically while playing cards and board games). Lora also is an avid football fan, plays virtually any sport and especially enjoys traveling domestically and internationally with her husband and two young children.
