Find a way. When Jessica was hired to establish a biotechnology program, she walked into a classroom with few resources: no textbooks, no desks and a few boxes of lab equipment. Determined to create a top-notch program, Jessica connected with experts at Epcot and flew to California for a visit with a biotechnology curriculum author. Within two years, she had established a relevant and successful biotech program, had a functioning lab, greenhouse and advisory board full of expertise.

Jess brings the same mentality to client projects. She aims for perfection and does what it takes to get it.  Her science background has not gone to waste as she works with some of our largest agriculture clients designing training materials for employees and customers.

A native of Miami, Jess has traded the big city for the smaller community of Edgewater, Florida, but kept the beach. Whenever possible, she and her husband take advantage of the beach and nice weather by foot or bike. A people-pleaser to the core, you’ll often find her baking or making jewelry for friends and family in her spare time. During her teaching days, she was an FFA chapter advisor. This experience gave Jess a chance to help students discover their passions, show off their hard work and grow into competent young leaders. Jess has given back to the organization by working to establish scholarships and hopes to serve as a mentor for students in the future.
