Craig Rebich, Senior Learning Strategist

"'What do you think?' Spend any time with Craig and his two children, Evan and Hannah, and you'll hear Craig ask this question in response to their questions about how something works or why something is the way that it is. It's more than a delay tactic; it's part of a rooted belief that inquiry is central to learning and making sense of the world.

Craig carried that belief with him during his four years as a CTE teacher and two years as a curriculum specialist at the Indiana Department of Education. He then joined a full-service consulting firm in Indianapolis leading an instructional design team and managing major education outreach projects for clients. Craig joined the Vivayic team in 2012.

As senior learning strategist, Craig spends a lot of time asking discovery questions to clients and internal project teams with the goal of designing the best strategy and solution to make an effective impact for the organizations we serve. He believes that the best answers are out there waiting to be discovered.

He and his wife, Tiffany, and their two, curious kids live in Franklin, Indiana.
