We enact a model of professional development that incorporates Joyce & Showers (2002) elements for adult professional development including: Theory, modeling, practice, feedback and coaching.

Strategic Planning Facilitation - Our staff engages organizations in strategic planning. Together, we design an engaging planning session that brings a vision into realistic, measurable goals.
